## Description

**National Star Services**, a facility management company with over **28 years of nationwide experience**, is currently hiring **reliable and hardworking General Laborers** to support operations at a transportation facility in **Sweetwater, TX 79556.**

This is an **outdoor, physically active position** assisting truck drivers with covering and securing materials on flatbed trailers.

### 👷 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

-   Assist drivers with covering materials on flatbed trucks
-   Unroll and position large tarps over materials on flatbed trailers
-   Secure tarps using straps, bungee cords, and other equipment
-   Ensure materials are properly covered and secured before trucks leave the facility
-   Work safely and efficiently while following site procedures
-   Perform physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
-   Maintain a clean and safe work area

### 🕒 SCHEDULE:

**Monday – Friday**

**1st Shift:** 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

**2nd Shift:** 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

### 💰 PAY:

**$19.00/HOUR**

**WEEKLY PAY!**

### ✅ REQUIREMENTS:

-   Must be able to provide **two valid forms of identification** (Photo ID & Social Security Card)
-   Bilingual English/Spanish is a **plus**
-   **Steel-toe boots are required**
-   Must be comfortable performing physical work outdoors
-   Must be comfortable working in **different weather conditions**
-   Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required
-   **No public transportation is available near the job site**
-   Must be willing to complete a background check
-   Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
-   Must be available to start as soon as possible
