Key Responsibilities**

-   Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities at all times.
-   Conduct regular patrols and actively monitor surveillance systems to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
-   Manage access to the premises and respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
-   Observe, document, and report irregularities, enforce site policies, and handle trespassing situations.
-   Assist with traffic control and access management as needed.
-   Prepare accurate and detailed reports of incidents and daily activities.
-   Monitor and maintain building systems and security equipment to ensure proper operation.
-   Support adherence to legal, safety, and company regulations and standards.
-   Perform preventive maintenance and promptly report any issues with security systems or equipment.

## Requirements

-   **Valid Florida Class D Security License** (required)
-   **Valid Florida Driver’s License** with reliable transportation
-   **Flexible schedule**, including nights, weekends, and holidays
-   **Professional appearance and demeanor**
-   **Basic computer skills** and familiarity with reporting systems
-   **Strong communication and customer service skills**
-   **Smartphone required** for reporting and communication
-   **Ability to work independently** and remain professional under pressure
