### Key Responsibilities

-   Protect assigned facilities, personnel, and assets in accordance with company and client security standards
-   Conduct routine patrols to detect, deter, and respond to unauthorized or suspicious activity
-   Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, threats, and emergencies
-   Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and maintain thorough investigative documentation
-   Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times

## Requirements

-   **Previous experience** in security, law enforcement, or a related field
-   **Active Confidential Security Clearance (Florida)** — _required_ (applications without active clearance will not be considered)
-   **Valid Florida Class D Security License** required
-   Valid Florida Class G Security License is preferred
-   Eligible for or currently holding **Confidential Clearance** is required
-   Demonstrated **situational awareness**, strong **attention to detail**, and excellent **communication skills**
-   Ability to work **flexible schedules**, including nights, weekends, and holidays
-   Must successfully **pass a background check and drug screening**
-   **Fluent in English:** **bilingual (English/Spanish)** highly desirable
