## Requirements

**What will you be doing?**

We are looking for a Presales – Cyber Security to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will act as the technical expert for Navarino's Cyber Security solutions, partnering closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process. You will help customers understand the value of our solutions while supporting successful commercial engagements through your in-depth product knowledge.

In this role you will:

-   Partner with Account Managers during customer meetings and online sessions to present the technical capabilities and value of Navarino's Cyber Security solutions
-   Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and workshops to customers, partners and prospects
-   Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate Cyber Security solutions
-   Provide technical guidance throughout the presales process, supporting successful customer engagements
-   Support the various internal teams with Cyber Security insight and customer feedback
-   Deliver technical training to partners and internal teams on Navarino's Cyber Security solutions
-   Participate in conferences, webinars and customer events to promote Navarino's Cyber Security solutions
-   Stay up to date with Cyber Security technologies, industry trends and Navarino's product portfolio

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or another related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
-   Strong technical knowledge and experience of Cyber Security technologies and solutions
-   Experience in a Presales, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting or similar customer-facing technical role is preferred
-   Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-   Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
-   Professional level of English, both written and verbal

**Great to have**

-   Experience within the maritime technology industry
-   Relevant Cyber Security certifications
-   Experience delivering technical product demonstrations and customer workshops
