**What will you be doing?**

We are looking for a **Product Design Manager** to join our Product & Strategy division. In this role, you will lead the Product Design capability, shape customer experiences across Navarino's product portfolio, and help build products that customers love while driving sustainable growth for Navarino.

In this role you will:

-   Lead the Product Design capability and performance.
-   Lead Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Service Designers, and User Researchers.
-   Establish design principles, standards, and operating practices.
-   Develop future design leaders.
-   Partner with Product Management leadership to shape product strategy and discovery practices.
-   Influence the evolution of customer experience across Navarino's product portfolio.
-   Build people as deliberately as products.
-   Create clarity of purpose, ownership, and accountability.
-   Develop a culture of customer empathy and evidence-based design.
-   Raise the capability of the Product Design function.
-   Drive excellence in discovery, usability, and customer experience.
-   Balance short-term delivery with long-term experience quality.
-   Act as a trusted advisor to Product & Strategy leadership.
-   Foster collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
-   Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or Service Design.
-   Experience leading Product Designers or Design teams.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Professional level of English, both written and verbal.

**Great to have**

-   Master's degree in a relevant field.
