Our Medication Technicians deliver high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.

**Responsibilities**

-   Maintain positive working relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
-   Promote and protect residents' rights, treating them with dignity and respect.
-   Attend in-service and educational programs, completing continuing education as required by state regulations.
-   Remain calm and professional under stressful conditions.
-   Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
-   Adhere to community dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
-   Complete documentation accurately and informatively.
-   Report all changes in a resident’s condition promptly to supervisors.
-   Complete assigned tasks and schedules according to community policies and procedures.
-   Operate equipment safely, using only equipment for which training has been provided.
-   Implement infection control practices consistently.
-   Demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency procedures, reporting safety violations appropriately.

## Requirements

-   High School diploma or equivalent.
-   Must be at least 18 years of age.
-   Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
-   Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
-   Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
-   Ability to work safely in an environment caring for seniors without posing health or safety risks.
-   Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
