## Description

The Operations Excellence Senior Specialist at Nawy Real Estate will support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending practical solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement projects and identify areas for optimization.
-   Assist in documenting and mapping current and future operational processes using process mapping tools. 
-   Provide administrative and logistical support for continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
-   Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
-   Assist in communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
-   Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
-   Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement methodologies.
-   Assist in the implementation and utilization of continuous improvement tools and technologies.
-   Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all continuous improvement activities.
-   Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   3-5 years of experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-   Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Detail-oriented and results-driven.
-   Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
-   Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
