## Description

Job Summary: The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and project requirements.
-   Review project drawings and specifications to ensure full understanding and compliance by the site team.
-   Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
-   Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project.
-   Communicate effectively with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
-   Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the work being performed and ensure timely completion of tasks.
-   Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities.
-   Assist in managing the project budget by tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
-   Implement and enforce site safety measures, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
-   Help in the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-   2+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
-   Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
-   Experience with project management software and tools.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
