The Investment Analyst will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and recommending investment opportunities within the real estate sector. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
-   Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and investment performance metrics.
-   Perform due diligence on potential investments, including evaluating property conditions, market trends, and financial performance.
-   Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
-   Monitor existing investments, providing regular performance updates and identifying any operational or financial issues.
-   Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and acquisitions, to develop investment strategies and support decision-making processes.
-   Stay current on real estate market trends and economic indicators that may impact investment strategies.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
-   1 year of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
-   Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
-   Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment processes.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
