## Description

We are on the lookout for **an English Teacher** to join our company.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assess students' English language proficiency and learning needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments.
-   Develop customized lesson plans that align with individual student goals and learning styles.
-   Teach various aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature analysis.
-   Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and confidence.
-   Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
-   Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
-   Communicate regularly with students regarding progress, challenges, and strategies for success.
-   Stay updated on best practices in English education and incorporate new techniques into tutoring sessions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
-   Previous experience as an English Tutor or English Teacher, preferably with different groups and skill levels.
-   Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
-   Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
-   Familiarity with different curricula and standardized tests (e.g., SAT, ACT, TOEFL) is a plus.
