## Description

As part of our continued growth, **Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners**, leveraging our network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries. We are on the lookout for a PHP Developerto join our IT Department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

\- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using PHP (Laravel).

\- Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and WebSocket services.

\- Integrate with external services and internal microservices.

\- Create and maintain Laravel database migrations.

\- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

\- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

\- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best development practices.

\- Use Git (GitLab) for version control and collaborate within a development team.

\- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver new features and maintain existing functionality.

## Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial development experience.

• Strong expertise in PHP (experience with PHP 7.4+, Laravel).

• Strong expertise in Kafka/RabbitMQ multi-node consuming/producing.

• Strong DB query building/optimization expirience (MySQL 5.7+, PostgreSQL 16.8 +).

• Experience with REST API / WebSocket.

• Experience writing and maintaining Laravel unit tests.

• Experience writing Laravel DB migrations.

• Confident knowledge of working with Git (Gitlab).

**Soft Skills:**

• Strong communication and collaboration skills..

• Capability to work under deadlines effectively.
