## Description

Our partner is a a fast-moving, high-growth start-up, and we are assisting them in the hunt for a creative machine. We don’t want a 9-to-5 pixel pusher; we want a visual storyteller for high-impact, short-term project sprints. If you speak fluent internet, dream in keyframes, and know how to make Gen Z stop scrolling, we want you on our roster.

This is a project-based role where you will be given creative freedom, aggressive timelines, and the opportunity to build content that actually matters.

### **What You Will Do (The Mission)**

-   **Engineer Scroll-Stopping Visuals:** Design hyper-engaging static imagery and elite motion graphics tailored specifically for the algorithms of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
-   **Architect the Culture:** Translate our internal start-up energy into authentic, Gen Z-focused employer branding campaigns that people _actually_ want to share (no corporate cringe allowed).
-   **Bend the Brand (Without Breaking It):** Work seamlessly within our foundational brand book guidelines while constantly pushing the creative envelope to keep our aesthetic cutting-edge.
-   **Trend-Jack at Light Speed:** Pitch, storyboard, and execute short-form video content at the speed of the internet. You will capitalize on viral moments, micro-trends, and trending audio before they peak.

## Requirements

### **What You Bring to the Table (Your Arsenal)**

-   **The Creative Stack:** Elite-level technical execution in motion graphics and graphic design. You should be dangerous in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. _(Bonus points for CapCut wizardry or 3D design)._
-   **Internet Native:** An intuitive, obsessive understanding of current internet trends, niche meme culture, and how social media algorithms reward content today.
-   **A "No-Skip" Portfolio:** A body of work that showcases bold, modern, and engaging visual storytelling. Don't just send a standard resume—show us your most viral TikToks, slickest Reels, and highest-converting graphics.
-   **Sprint-Ready Agility:** Because this is a project-based role, you need to manage your own time flawlessly. You have the ability to work fast, adapt to trending topics instantly, and turn raw ideas into high-quality imagery on the fly.
