As a Digital Distribution Intern, you will work closely with NEON's Home Entertainment and Digital Distribution teams, supporting the release and management of films across digital platforms. We do our best to work around your class schedule. ## Requirements ### What We Are Looking For: - Applicants must be currently enrolled as undergraduate students at an accredited college or university during the internship - .Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Excel. - Experience working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, or large datasets is a plus. - Prior Adobe Photoshop and Premiere experience is a plus, but not required - Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage information accurately across multiple projects and deadlines. - Interest in film distribution, home entertainment, streaming platforms, and the evolving digital media landscape. - Curiosity about the business side of film, including release strategies, platform partnerships, audience trends, and how films reach audiences across digital platforms. - Strong research, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to identify trends and clearly present findings. - Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with NEON's film slate and a passion for independent cinema are strongly encouraged. - Prior internship in entertainment, media, operations, project coordination, data management, or research is a plus, but not required. _**We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive work environment.**_ _At NEON, we are looking for diverse perspectives.
