## Description

### Who We Are:

Every industry has a moment when technology finally catches up to the people doing the work.

We are building that moment for legal.

Neostella creates connected legal technology that brings together the data, workflows, and systems legal teams rely on every day.

Our platform helps firms move faster, collaborate more effectively, and focus on delivering stronger outcomes for their clients.

We believe the legal industry deserves more from its technology. That belief drives us to challenge the status quo and build systems designed for the way modern teams actually work.

We build with courage and measure our work by the impact it creates for our customers.

Recognized as one of Forbes’ Best Startup Employers in the Americas for 2026, we are growing with people who want their work to matter.

If you want to build software that changes how an industry operates, you belong here. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team!

### Why this role matters right now:

Each of our product groups has 3–5 dev teams shipping work in parallel. That means multiple boards, competing priorities, shared dependencies, and a constant stream of decisions about what’s ready, what’s stuck, and what’s next. Someone has to own that picture end to end — not the product decisions, not the technical design, but the operational reality of whether work is actually moving.

That’s this role. You keep the machine running so everyone else can focus on their job.

### What you’ll own:

You will be the delivery operations owner for your product group, responsible for ensuring that work flows efficiently from ready to done across 3–5 development teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and your group’s engineering leadership to maintain healthy execution without inserting yourself into product or technical decisions.

You will also coordinate with Delivery Managers in other groups to manage cross-group dependencies and maintain consistency in delivery practices across the organization.

### What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who understands how software delivery works at a practical level — not in theory, but in the daily reality of boards, blockers, and competing priorities. You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You notice when something is stuck before anyone else does, and you resolve it without waiting to be asked.

You are comfortable with data. Cycle time, throughput, WIP limits, and capacity utilization are tools you use naturally to understand what’s happening and to have informed conversations with product and engineering leadership about resource planning and scheduling.

You have experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams — not just a single team, but several moving in parallel with shared dependencies and competing priorities.

You understand the difference between being responsible for delivery and being responsible for product decisions — and you respect that boundary. You make execution better without overstepping into what gets built or how it gets built.

### Key Responsibilities:

You’ll serve as the delivery operations owner within your product group, ensuring execution runs smoothly across 3–5 development teams:

**Flow Management**

- Monitor work in progress across all teams in your group, ensuring WIP limits are maintained and nothing is silently aging
- Identify bottlenecks early — whether they’re technical blockers, dependency conflicts, or capacity constraints — and drive resolution before they impact delivery
- Ensure the ready queue is always stocked with well-groomed, properly defined work so engineers are never blocked waiting for something to pull
- Maintain board health and hygiene — every item reflects its actual status, nothing is lost or miscategorized

**Resource Planning & Scheduling**

- Partner with the group leader and Tech Leads on scheduling work across teams — balancing capacity, priorities, and dependencies
- Identify capacity risks early and surface them before they become missed commitments
- Help the group make informed decisions about where to allocate effort based on throughput data and team capacity
- Support planning conversations with data on what the group can realistically deliver in a given time frame

**Metrics & Reporting**

- Track and report on cycle time, throughput, and capacity utilization for your group
- Provide weekly delivery status updates to group leadership
- Use flow data to identify systemic patterns — not just individual blockers but recurring process issues that slow delivery
- Support leadership’s ability to answer “where is this and when will it ship” at any time

**Cadence & Coordination**

- Facilitate the group’s delivery cadences — daily flow reviews, weekly throughput reviews, and regular process improvement sessions
- Track cross-team dependencies within your group and coordinate with Delivery Managers in other groups for cross-group dependencies
- Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads on release coordination within your group

**Process Improvement**

- Facilitate regular process improvement sessions focused on delivery efficiency
- Identify and implement improvements to delivery workflows, tooling, and practices within your group
- Share patterns and lessons learned with Delivery Managers in other groups to maintain consistency across the product organization

## Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, technical program management, or a similar operational role in a software development environment
- Demonstrated experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams or development teams
- Practical experience with Kanban or Lean delivery methodologies — not just certification, but real experience managing flow-based delivery
- Strong proficiency with Jira, including board configuration, workflow management, and reporting
- Comfort with delivery metrics: cycle time, throughput, WIP limits, cumulative flow diagrams, and capacity utilization
- Experience with resource planning and capacity management across multiple teams
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and resolve execution blockers proactively without waiting for escalation
- Clear communication skills — able to provide concise status updates and facilitate focused meetings
- Fluency in Spanish; working proficiency in English (B2+)

### Nice to have:

- Experience transitioning a team from Scrum to Kanban
- Background in product management or product operations with a natural orientation toward execution and process
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS, legal tech, or complex B2B product environments
- Familiarity with Pendo, Confluence, or other product operations tooling

## Benefits

You will have Undefined Contract, a fast and deep growing career path, pre-paid health insurance coverage with Sura for you and one additional member of your family, flex time, flexibility to work from home as it is needed, yearly ophthalmological health bonus, and the opportunity to improve your English skills by working side-by-side with international teams and projects, apart from fully personalized English classes, and more!

\*All resumes and application answers must be in English
