# Communications & PR Manager

> NeoWork · Colombia (Remote) · Full-time · Posted 2026-04-30

**Workplace:** remote

**Department:** NeoWork

## Description

NeoWork is looking for a PR & Communications Manager to support client work across the major areas of agency PR: earned media, writing and content development, client and campaign management, crisis and reputation support, reporting, and workflow coordination. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will evolve over time as you work with senior team members to keep client work moving. This person turns ideas into clear communications, supports earned media execution, and takes greater ownership of client work where appropriate.

**What You'll Do**

**Earned Media**

NeoWork is looking for someone with hands-on media relations experience and a proven track record of generating real, earned editorial results across U.S. and/or LATAM markets. Sponsored content, paid placements, and advertorials do not count. You should know how to identify story angles, pitch journalists, follow up persistently, and convert ideas into meaningful coverage.

**Writing & Content Development**

NeoWork is looking for someone who writes well across PR and communications formats: press releases, pitches, bylined articles, op-eds, executive messaging, campaign copy, and client updates. Experience writing financial services or tech-related content is a plus. Social media experience is relevant only where it supports campaign amplification, executive visibility, or client communications — it is not a standalone priority for this role.

**Client & Campaign Management**

NeoWork is looking for someone to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for ongoing client communications, lead team calls, prepare agendas, send post-meeting wrap-ups, follow up on open tasks, and maintain organized project management workflows in Asana.

**Crisis & Reputation Support**

NeoWork is looking for someone with experience in crisis communications and reputation management — drafting sensitive messaging, monitoring brand mentions, advising on tone and timing, and guiding clients through higher-stakes situations. This is a strong seniority signal for this role.

**Monitoring, Reporting & OKRs**

NeoWork is looking for someone who can monitor media activity, track outreach and campaign progress, and translate PR execution into clear client-facing updates. Ideally you can connect day-to-day work to broader goals including KPIs, OKRs, share of voice, reputation trends, and campaign momentum.

**Workflow & Project Coordination**

NeoWork is looking for someone with strong project management skills, comfort with Asana or similar tools, and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces organized without constant oversight. Strong organizational skills matter here, but they should complement real PR judgment and media relations experience — not substitute for them.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in a public relations, communications, or PR agency/account management role
- Proven hands-on earned media experience with a track record of real editorial results in U.S. and/or LATAM markets — sponsored content and paid placements do not qualify

- Experience supporting or managing client accounts, campaigns, team calls, agendas, post-meeting recaps, and follow-up items
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with Asana or similar project management tools
- Ability to monitor media activity, track outreach, and translate PR progress into clear client-facing updates
- Strong judgment around messaging, reputation, and sensitive topics — knowing what to say, what to hold back, and when to escalate
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with limited oversight
- Fluency in English with a natural, direct, polished writing and speaking style
- Crisis communications, financial services, tech, or LATAM market experience are strong pluses
- Branding or graphic design experience is helpful but not required
