We are looking for **a Senior GenAI Product Manager/ Product Owner**.

-   **Freelance** **assignment**: full-time, B2B contract.
-   **Start:** asap
-   **Duration:** 3 months with the possibility of extension
-   **Working hours:** 9-17 Polish time
-   **Rate**: up to 170 PLN/h
-   **Location:** Remote (based in European Union)
-   **Polish language is a must-have**

## Requirements

-   **Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner**.
-   **Experience leading AI, ML or GenAI projects.**
-   Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI copilots / AI assistants, API AI integrations.
-   Agile/Scrum metodologies; Experience working with product backlog, user stories; Understanding of digital and solutions architecture and integrations.
-   Strong analytical and strategic skills.
-   Experience managing stakeholders.
-   Experience facilitating workshops.
-   **English and Polish**: B2/C1

**Nice to have:**

-   Scrum/Product Owner Certificates.
-   Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI.
-   Knowledge of Data Science i ML Ops basics.
-   Experience in Retail or Marketing.
