We’re looking for an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to take full ownership of moderately to highly complex IT projects, primarily for key customers and public sector engagements. **Main Responsibilities**

-   Lead and deliver complex, high-risk IT projects across multiple customers
-   Develop and manage detailed project plans (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources, communications & procurement)
-   Track progress, manage changes, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with project baselines
-   Monitor financial performance (revenue, cost, profitability) and support accurate revenue recognition & invoicing (IAS)
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors
-   Actively manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
-   Perform root cause analysis, quality reviews, and participate in ISO audits
-   Apply and improve project management standards, tools, and best practices
-   Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on project management topics when needed

**What we are looking for:**

-   University degree (preferably in IT or Engineering)
-   6+ years of experience in Project Management within the IT / High-Tech sector
-   Proven experience delivering public sector projects
-   Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner)
-   Excellent project, time management, communication, and presentation skills
-   Fluency in Greek & English (spoken and written)
