**POSITION SUMMARY**

As a member of the Maintenance team, this position is responsible for maintaining our day-to-day operations.    
  
**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

·         Maintains the cleanliness of plant facilities including but not limited to, lunchrooms, offices, bathrooms, yard, entries/exits etc.

·         Collects and disposes of used chemicals and crashed cans.

·         Maintains all garbage bins in the facility.

·         Performs daily 5S.

·         Operates equipment while ensuring safety guidelines are met (Forklift)

·         Uses safety guidelines and proper PPE to protect self and reminds others of importance.

·         Adheres to all established safety practices and procedures.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:**

·         Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·         Comfortable walking behind a sweeper.

·         Prior experience using a page system/radio considered an asset.

·         Previous experience operating a forklift considered an asset.
