RN Director, Emergency Department

We are actively looking for a skilled RN to lead our Emergency Services team as the Director.

**Position Responsibilities:**

-   Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
-   Manage staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
-   Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relations.
-   Enhance professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.

## Requirements

-   _**Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.**_
-   Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
-   Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
-   _**Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.**_
-   Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.
