## Description

Assistant Director of Nursing, Long Term Care

**Position Responsibilities:**  
• Provide oversight of the PRI and MDS processes to maximize reimbursement and support financial sustainability  
• Represent the Nursing Department on the LTC Safety Committee and coordinate employee safety initiatives  
• Coordinate and oversee the LTC attendance procedure process  
• Provide daily supervisory oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations  
• Assume Nurse Manager responsibilities in the absence of another Nurse Manager  
• Participate in the recruitment and interview process for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) candidates

## Requirements

_**• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required**_  
_**• Current Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license**_  
• Four (4) years of managerial experience and two (2) years of _**nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities in a Long-Term Care setting**_  

**Preferred:**  
• Prior experience at the **Assistant Director of Nursing** level
