## Description

_**Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatrics)**_

We are actively searching for a professional SLP to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values one-on-one patient care, scheduling flexibility, clinical creativity, and professional growth.

Although primarily focused on pediatrics, the clinic also occasionally serves adult patients.

**Position Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-   Provide evidence-based intervention for pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
-   Incorporate child-led, engaging activities to support functional communication
-   Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
-   Educate and collaborate with families to encourage carryover of skills
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

## Requirements

-   _**Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program**_
-   _**Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure**_
-   Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
-   _**Pediatric experience is highly preferred.**_
-   Passion for working with children and helping families achieve meaningful progress
