_**We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant**_ for our Skilled Nursing Facility team.

## Requirements

-   _**Candidates must have an active NP or PA license.**_
-   _**Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.**_
-   Assuring delivery of quality care services to all patients in a professional manner.
-   NP Performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations; suturing; managing wounds and infections.
-   Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information.
