### HGV Class 2 Driver – Flatbed | Great Barford, Bedford

**📍 Location:** Great Barford, Bedford  
**💷 Pay:** £17.00 - £18.50 per hour (Agency) | £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (Permanent)  
**🕔 Start Times:** 05:00 - 06:00  
**⏰ Average Day:** Approximately 10.5 hours

**Newstaff Employment Services** are currently recruiting for an experienced **HGV Class 2 Driver** on behalf of our client based in **Great Barford, Bedford**.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company operating **flatbed vehicles**, with the chance to secure a permanent position offering a salary of **£38,000 - £40,000 per annum**.

### The Role:

-   Driving HGV Class 2 flatbed vehicles
-   Delivering goods safely and professionally
-   Carrying out daily vehicle checks
-   Providing excellent customer service on deliveries
-   Working Monday to Friday with early morning starts (05:00-06:00)

### What We're Looking For:

-   Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
-   Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
-   Previous flatbed experience is advantageous but not essential
-   A positive attitude and reliable work ethic

### Bonus Skills:

An **IPAF licence** would be a real advantage. However, our client is happy to **invest in the right candidate** and provide IPAF training and upskilling where required.
