Our Industrial division is one of our flagship desks, with a strong client base across warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and production. ### **The Role** This is a full 360 industrial desk based out of our Luton head office. You'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle — business development, client management, candidate sourcing, on-site service, placements and aftercare — and you'll have the autonomy to build it your way. •      Develop and grow your own client portfolio of warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and production businesses •      Manage and expand long-standing accounts — from single-headcount placements to high-volume temp contracts •      Manage volume bookings, last-minute requirements and shift cover with calm, structured planning •      Conduct site visits, build genuine on-site relationships and build long lasting clients relationships •      Negotiate terms, manage margins and protect your P&L like it's your business — because it is •      Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants where appropriate ### **Who We're Looking For** This role is strictly for established 360 consultants with industrial sector experience. We are not training rookies into this seat — we're handing it to someone who already knows the game. **You will need:** •      Proven 360 recruitment experience within the Industrial sector (essential — please do not apply without it) •      Strong understanding of warehouse, production and manufacturing environments and the staff they require •      A genuine sales mindset and a demonstrable track record of business development and account growth •      Solid client management experience — the ability to grow, retain and expand industrial accounts •      Comfort handling volume — high-throughput temp desks, shift cover and last-minute booking changes •      Commercial awareness to negotiate terms, hold margins and manage a desk profitably •      Resilience, drive and the self-discipline to run autonomously without being micromanaged •      A full UK driving licence (for client site visits) and the right to work in the UK ### **Why Newstaff?** We've built our reputation on being honest, hard-working and genuinely behind our consultants.
