## Description

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a progressive company within the legal services industry.

Key Tasks:

-   You will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the Finance department.
-   Managing a small accounts finance team.
-   Supporting budgeting and financial planning.
-   Managing the monthly payroll.
-   Ensuring all legal compliance is adhered to.
-   Promoting strong financial discipline and compliance, while ensuring all departmental priorities and deadlines are met.

This is an office based role Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

## Requirements

-   Must be AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant with relevant practical experience.
-   Experienced in bookkeeping, accounting processes and financial controls.
-   Experience of working in a law firm finance function with an understanding of legal cashiering would be advantageous, but is not essential.
-   Previous staff management experience managing an accounts team is ideal but not essential.
-   Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills is required.
