Production Operative

**Location:** Letchworth  
**Pay:** £14.00 per hour  
**Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm  
**Job Type:** Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a **Production Operative** to join a busy and friendly team in Letchworth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.

### The Role

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

-   Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
-   Operating basic production equipment and machinery
-   Assembling, preparing and checking products
-   Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
-   Following health and safety procedures at all times
-   Keeping your work area clean and organised
-   Supporting other members of the production team when required

## Requirements

### About You

We are looking for someone who:

-   Is reliable and punctual
-   Has a good work ethic and a positive attitude
-   Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-   Has good attention to detail
-   Can work well independently and as part of a team
-   Is willing to learn new skills and follow instructions

**Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience would be an advantage, but full training is available.**
