## Description

**Production Operative – Temp to Perm**

**Location:** Milton Keynes  
**Pay Rate:** £12.71 per hour  
**Hours:** Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)

We are currently recruiting **Production Operatives** on behalf of our client based in **Milton Keynes**. This is a fantastic **temp-to-perm** opportunity with the chance of a **pay increase once you secure a permanent contract**.

**Shift Pattern**

-   **Week 1:** 6:00am – 2:00pm
-   **Week 2:** 12:00pm – 8:00pm
-   Monday to Friday
-   Have to be able to work the rotating shift

**The Role**

You will be working across various departments within the manufacturing facility, including:

-   Assembly
-   Welding
-   Rolling
-   Sorting
-   Cleaning
-   General production duties as required

This is a varied, hands-on role, so flexibility and a willingness to work across different departments is essential.

**Requirements**

-   You **must live in Milton Keynes** or be able to reliably commute.
-   Previous experience in a **manufacturing or production environment** is essential.
-   A good work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
-   **Safety boots are required** for this role.
