About the Role

Newstaff Employment is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated **Secondary School Teachers** to work in secondary schools across Central Bedfordshire.

We are looking for passionate educators who can inspire students, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils in achieving their academic potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), across a range of secondary subjects.

Key Responsibilities

-   Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
-   Teach and motivate students across the relevant subject area.
-   Monitor, assess, and record students' progress and attainment.
-   Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour.
-   Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs.
-   Support students' academic progress and personal development.
-   Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers where appropriate.
-   Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

## Requirements

Requirements

-   Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or eligibility for the relevant teaching role.
-   Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
-   Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
-   Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-   A flexible, professional, and reliable approach.
-   An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory safeguarding and reference checks.
