## Description

Production Operative – Temp to Perm

**Location:** Milton Keynes  
**Pay Rate:** £12.71 per hour  
**Hours:** Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)

We are currently recruiting **Production Operatives** on behalf of our client in **Milton Keynes**. This is a **temp-to-perm** opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidates.

### Shift Pattern

-   **Week 1:** 6:00am – 2:00pm
-   **Week 2:** 12:00pm – 8:00pm
-   Monday to Friday

### The Role

You will be working across a variety of production departments, including:

-   Assembly
-   Welding
-   Rolling
-   Sorting
-   Cleaning
-   General production duties as required

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   You **must live in Milton Keynes** or be able to reliably commute.
-   Previous experience in a **manufacturing or production environment** is essential.
-   A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work across different departments.
-   Good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
-   Safty boots neeed
