**Line Operatives – Temp to Perm**

**Location:** Milton Keynes (Must be locally based)

  
**Standard Hours:** 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Sunday to Wednesday (Permanent Nights)  
**Training Hours:** 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday (Initial Days)  
**Night Shift Rate:** £12.95 per hour + 37% shift premium (**£17.74 per hour**)  
**Training Shift Rate:** £12.95 per hour + 5% shift premium (**£13.60 per hour**)

We are recruiting for a major manufacturing company in Milton Keynes. We need reliable, hard-working **Line Operatives** to join the team immediately. This is a **temp-to-perm** role, meaning a brilliant worker will get a permanent contract after a probation period.

 **What You Will Do:**

-   Run modern factory lines and machines safely.
-   Check the quality of finished items.
-   Pack and label products quickly.
-   Stand for long 12-hour periods during your shift.
-   Lift heavy boxes and materials from time to time.

**What We Are Looking For:**

-    **Local Workers:** You must live in Milton Keynes to be considered.

-   **Experience & Drive:** You must have worked on a production line before and have a strong desire to work.
-   **Safety Gear:** You must own your own safety boots.
-   **Flexibility:** You must be able to work the day shift for training before moving to the permanent night shift. Training can be 4 to 6 weeks
-   **Fitness:** You must be fully comfortable with heavy lifting and standing on your feet for the full 12-hour shift.
