## Description

We are currently looking for a reliable, **nimble-fingered**, and detail-oriented **Warehouse Operative / Rework & Packing Assistant** to join our friendly team based in **Bletchley**.

This is an **ongoing position** with immediate starts available.

**Working Hours:**

-   Monday to Friday
-   8:00am – 4:40pm
-   £12.71 per hr

**Duties will include:**

-   Reworking customer orders
-   Picking and packing light items
-   Labelling products and customer orders
-   Making and assembling boxes
-   Carrying out quality checks
-   Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
-   Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

**What we're looking for:**

-   A hard-working and reliable individual
-   **Nimble-fingered with excellent attention to detail**
-   Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
-   Good teamwork skills
-   A positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience is beneficial but not essential

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are essential
-   Ability to carry out picking, packing, rework, labelling, and box-making duties
-   Ability to undertake manual handling tasks associated with warehouse work

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment, takes pride in their work, and has a keen eye for detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
