**Newstaff Employment Services Milton Keynes** are currently recruiting **experienced Line Operatives** to join a well-established global manufacturing business based in Flitwick

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous **production or manufacturing experience** who is looking for a long-term role working a **Tuesday to Friday night shift**.

### ⭐ THE ROLE

You will be working as part of a busy production team manufacturing plastic caps and closures for the packaging industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   📦 Erecting cardboard cartons and attaching labels
-   🔍 Carrying out quality checks on products
-   📦 Making up boxes and preparing products for packing
-   🏗️ Stacking pallets with completed boxes
-   🚚 Moving cartons and bulk bins to and from production machinery
-   📝 Completing production paperwork accurately
-   🧹 Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
-   ✅ Following all company health, safety and quality procedures

### 👷 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You will need:

-   Previous experience in a **production or manufacturing environment**
-   Experience working in a similar Line Operative role
-   To be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
-   The ability to **stand and work for a 12-hour shift**
-   Good written and spoken English
-   Good basic numeracy skills
-   A reliable attitude and excellent attendance
-   The flexibility to complete the required training before moving onto nights

### 💷 PAY & SHIFTS

**Night shift:**  
Tuesday to Friday  
**8:00pm – 8:00am**  
**£12.95 per hour + 22% night shift premium = £15.80 per hour**

**Training:**  
For approximately the first **3–4 weeks**, you will work the **8:00am–8:00pm shift**, Monday to Friday, while you complete your training.

Once fully trained, you will move onto the **Tuesday to Friday, 8:00pm–8:00am night shift**.
