## Description

Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a reliable and skilled **Production Operative / Machine Operator** to join our team in Barton Le Clay. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and supporting the production line to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Operate and monitor production machinery effectively and safely.
-   Assist in the setup and changeover of machines as required.
-   Carry out quality control checks during the production process.
-   Maintain accurate production records and report any issues promptly.
-   Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
-   Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a production operative or machine operator role is preferred.
