## Description

Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a skilled **MIG and TIG Fabricator Welder** to join our team in Letchworth. This position involves working with a variety of metals to fabricate components and structures that meet precise specifications. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MIG and TIG welding processes, along with a strong understanding of fabrication techniques. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Fabricate and weld components using MIG and TIG welding techniques on various metals.
-   Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
-   Set up and operate welding equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
-   Conduct regular quality checks on welds and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
-   Collaborate with team members to improve welding processes and output.
-   Perform repairs and modifications to existing components as needed.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Fabricator Welder.
-   Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
-   Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
-   Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
-   Relevant welding certification is an advantage.
-   Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
