## Description

**Newstaff Employment Services** is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team in **Hemel Hempstead**. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your contribution will be valued.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Receiving and checking goods deliveries for accuracy and quality.
-   Packing and preparing orders for shipment according to specified instructions.
-   Organizing stock to ensure efficient warehouse layout and easy access.
-   Maintaining health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment.
-   Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
-   Assisting with stock takes and inventory control as directed.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
-   Ability to undertake physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
-   Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-   Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
-   Must have own reliable transportation to Hemel Hempstead warehouse location.
-   Willingness to follow health and safety protocols.

You will be on a rota to work 5 days out of 7 over Monday to Friday extra hours as and when required
