**Newstaff Employment Services** is currently seeking reliable and motivated **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team in **Luton, on a 8am - 5pm shift Monday - Friday**

This position is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse, where you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of goods.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Receive and inspect incoming products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
-   Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch.
-   Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
-   Assist in conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
-   Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
-   Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily operational goals.

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
-   Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
-   Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
-   Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
-   Located in or around Luton, you will need your own vehicle to get to the warehouse.

You will be on a rota to work 5 days out of 7 over Monday to Friday extra hours as and when required
