You’ll be the superhero who helps digital creators, video partners, and channel owners build their channels, solve tech hiccups, and get monetized—all while enjoying after-work iced coffees on the Greek coast!

**Your Daily Highlights (100% Non-Voice!):**

-   **Help Content Creators Shine:** Support online video creators via **Email and Live Chat** with account settings, feature rollouts, and technical questions.
-   **Crack the Code:** Solve inquiries about monetization, channel performance (views & subscribers!), account recovery, and content appeals.
-   **Master the Flow:** Handle 20–25 creator requests per day, leveling up from email to handling 2 chats at a time as you gain confidence.

## Requirements

-   **Language Power:** Fluent/Native level in **Icelandic** (C1/C2) and great working **English** (C1) for team training and internal tools.
