Our client in Greece is looking for **Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists** to join their international team and support one of the world's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.

**About the Role**

You'll be the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers who need assistance with commercial vehicles across Europe. Whether it's arranging roadside assistance for a vehicle breakdown or helping with customer enquiries, you'll play an important role in keeping businesses moving.

Don't worry if you're not an expert in commercial vehicles—you'll receive full training before you get started.

**Your Daily Tasks Will Include:**

-   Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
-   Assisting drivers experiencing roadside breakdowns such as flat tyres or mechanical issues
-   Identifying the customer's location, vehicle details, and support requirements
-   Coordinating roadside assistance, repairs, or towing with authorised service partners
-   Responding to general customer enquiries regarding products, services, appointments, and corporate information
-   Managing customer complaints professionally and ensuring timely resolutions
-   Updating cases accurately in internal systems and collaborating with an international support team

## Requirements

**What You Need:**

-   Excellent communication skills in **Swedish** and good English (spoken and written)
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under pressure
-   A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
-   Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new tools
-   Good organisational skills and attention to detail
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
