### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to **Norwegian**\-speaking players.
-   Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
-   Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
-   Document and report moderation findings and customer interactions.
-   Participate in training and development programs to enhance moderation skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Norwegian** and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
