💻 Your Role

You'll support Dutch-speaking Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products. No need to be a tech expert — **full training is provided**.

Your day-to-day work will include:

-   Handling customer enquiries via calls, messages and emails
-   Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage
-   Processing warranties, repairs and replacements
-   Recommending products based on customer needs
-   Making sure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience
-   Working with an international team

Once you're settled in, you can **work remotely from anywhere in Greece**.

## Requirements

### 🔎 What We're Looking For

-   Strong communication skills in **Dutch and English**
