### What you'll be doing

As part of the Customer Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-   Assisting customers via live chat, email and phone
-   Resolving account, payment and general customer enquiries
-   Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues
-   Providing clear and professional support in both Finnish and English
-   Working closely with internal departments when needed
-   Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
