### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and telephone.
-   Assist with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical support.

-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal gaming experience for customers.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Danish** and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
-   Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming sector.
