### **Your Responsibilities**

-   Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts
-   Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently
-   Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions
-   Maintain high standards of service quality and follow internal procedures
-   Participate in **paid training and onboarding** before starting full production
-   Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

## Requirements

-   Fluent Danish (spoken and written, near-native level preferred)
-   Good English skills (B2)
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Strong multitasking abilities and computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, online tools)
-   Team player with the ability to work independently
-   Flexible and willing to work late shifts or weekends
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
-   Interest in cars, premium brands, or automotive services is a bonus
