### Responsibilities

Depending on your strengths and final team placement, your daily workflow will include:

-   **Content Moderation & Safety:** Reviewing user-generated content, comments, and media to ensure they align with community guidelines and safety policies.
-   **AI Training & Prompt Engineering:** Creating text and voice prompts to test and evaluate AI system behaviors, ensuring technology responds safely and responsibly.
-   **Platform Integrity:** Investigating user reports regarding policy violations, intellectual rights, or platform abuse.
-   **Customer Support:** Assisting users with account access, billing queries, and technical troubleshooting via chat and email.

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native or C1-level fluency in **Bulgarian**, with strong written communication skills.
-   **English Skills:** At least a B2/C1 level of English (used for your initial training and accessing internal knowledge bases).
-   **Tech & Pop Culture Savvy:** Frequent user of social media platforms, with a solid grasp of internet slang, modern memes, and digital trends.
-   **Skills:** A typing speed of 30+ WPM, great critical thinking, and the emotional resilience to handle sensitive digital content professionally.
-   **Education:** University graduates from any stream are welcome!
-   **Mindset:** Adaptable, flexible, and genuinely excited about relocating to Greece.
