### **What You’ll Do**

-   Assist customers in Danish across phone, chat, and email
-   Resolve inquiries accurately and professionally

-   Follow company guidelines and internal procedures

## Requirements

-   Fluent Danish (spoken and written)
-   Strong English skills

-   Comfortable using Windows OS, MS Office, and online tools
-   Team player with the ability to work independently
-   Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
