### **What you will do:**

-   Provide customer support via **phone, email, and chat**.
-   Assist customers with questions about **mobile services, home internet, and TV**.
-   Help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
-   Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
-   Identify opportunities for **cross-selling and upselling** (full training provided).
-   Maintain accurate customer records and work closely with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

## Requirements

### **What you will bring:**

-   Native-level **Dutch (C2)** and good **English (B1+)**.
-   EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.
-   Strong communication and customer service skills.
-   Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
-   Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
-   Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
-   Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
