### **What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)**

Representing our premium Online Store project, you will deliver exceptional service to French-speaking customers via inbound lines, email, and live chat.

-   **Inbound Sales Journeys:** Follow a supportive scripted process to help customers identify exactly what they need, helping them choose and purchase luxury devices and tech accessories.
-   **Service & Problem Solving:** Provide vital after-sales support by resolving customer complaints, handling order returns/cancellations, and tracking delayed shipments.
-   **Cross-Skilling:** After your first 30 days, you will be trained to seamlessly manage both sales and service interactions on demand, turning you into a highly versatile customer expert.

## Requirements

-   **Language Capabilities:** Native or C1-level French, alongside a B2 English level to handle corporate communications and onboarding training.
-   **Technical Benchmarks:** Competency with basic PC systems and MS Office. You must be able to type $\\ge25$ words per minute with an accuracy rating of 80%. Familiarity with iOS and MacOS is considered a distinct advantage.
-   **Communication Style:** Strict adherence to the client's demand for positive language and top-tier professionalism. No prior experience is required!
