### Key Responsibilities

-   Handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email
-   Support customers with account questions, product or service issues, technical situations, and general inquiries

-   Share market feedback and customer insights with management
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve systems and processes

## Requirements

-   Fluent German (spoken and written)
-   Good English skills
-   Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
-   Interest or knowledge of the gaming/digital entertainment industry
-   Comfortable working shifts, including weekdays and weekends
-   Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
-   Team-oriented and able to work in an international environment
