### Your Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll support Netflix subscribers and help make their streaming experience as smooth as possible.

Your day could include:

-   Supporting Norwegian-speaking Netflix subscribers via phone and chat
-   Helping with payment and account-related questions
-   Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
-   Guiding users through the Netflix platform and features
-   Finding solutions and creating a great customer experience

### Work Remotely From Greece

After completing your relocation and training, you'll have the opportunity to **work remotely from anywhere in Greece**.

Your move starts in either **Athens or Thessaloniki**, where you'll be supported as you settle into your new life. After that, you can choose where in Greece you'd like to live long-term.

### What We're Looking For

-   Fluent **Norwegian** and strong **English** skills
