Next Job Abroad is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual for the role of **Danish Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative** in the beautiful Maltese islands! ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English.
-   Utilize sales experience to assess customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
-   Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and all banking-related questions.
-   Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-   Handle customer complaints swiftly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Accurately log customer interactions and transactions in our database.
-   Stay updated on banking products and regulatory requirements to offer informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in **Danish** and a solid understanding of **English**; additional languages are an advantage.
-   A minimum of **1 year** experience in customer service or a sales-oriented role, preferably in banking.
-   Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to meet targets.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
-   Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
